Starting with disposables (which produce much
better pictures than one might think) and continuing on to a Minolta
film SLR, and finally to his current Nikon digital SLR, he is
constantly
learning and growing as a photographer.
In high school he was the Photo Editor of the school newspaper
and took pictures for the Yearbook. The summer of his senior
year he interned at a local newspaper, The Issaquah Press, under
the Lead Photographer.
After working with the digital cameras in high school and at the
Press, he finally purchased a Nikon D50 and began delving into many
different areas and styles of photography, including: landscapes,
plant life, infrared, HDR, and most recently, animals and macro. He
now uses a Nikon D300 and recently began shooting professionally for
clients around the puget sound.
Justin is 22 years old and lives in Renton, Washington, with his mother
and sister. He is planning to attend school in the Fall of 2011 to get a degree in Commercial
Photography.
